The app allows users to link multiple accounts to a single user ID and supports multiple language options for convenience.
With SGL CONNECT, users can easily submit new PNG gas connection requests by providing minimal details. The app also enables the submission of service requests such as Geyser Point, Extra Kitchen Point, Temporary Disconnection, Reconnection, and more, with online payment options. Users can track the status of their requests seamlessly.
Additionally, the app offers features like checking and downloading gas bills in PDF format, paying bills conveniently with a "Quick Pay" option, accessing gas bill and payment history for the last 24 months, submitting customer complaints, accessing FAQs and safety tips on the go, inviting guest users to access accounts, and locating CNG Stations and Customer Care Centers on Google Maps.
